Micha Klang + Kuroneko

Anytime you please

Micha Klang hails from south Germany, where he is known to be one of the most influential house music artists. Gradually building his name, he shifted his put focus on music production and released his first EP, along with friends Joachim Spalleck and DJ Sebrok, in 2003 on the label Bash Music.

Subsequent productions were released on various labels such as Off Recordings, Room 9 and Clap Your Hands. This time he is collaborating with Kuroneko, a half-Japanese German sound engineer and a DJ from Dusseldorf. The subject EP is a four track package which includes Anytime you please, a Shonky remix of it, Faith and its Dub version.

Kicking off with a bass and b-line combination that immediately sets the tone for dancefloor action, Anytime you please clearly caters to energetic ears who appreciate a touch of emotive elements and a hint of old school sound captured by the vocals. Shonky adds a taste of soul in his remix to create a more uplifting dancefloor shaker. Faith continues the energetic theme with its rhythmic drums, monster bassline, and well placed vocals. A dub version of Faith is included for those who prefer.
