Fur Coat

Fall’s away

Following up a successful debut album, Venezuelan duo Fur Coat, are back with Falls Away. One of the biggest and acclaimed tracks from the album, Falls Away features the lush vocals of Mel Blatt and brings the usual charm of Crosstown Rebels’ impressive and expanding artist roster. This single release also offers two remixes from the original House Gangster, DJ Sneak, and Just Be aka Bushwacka. A soulful and deep experience translated into two very unique mixes makes this single EP one not to be passed up.

Fall’s Away’s romance is built from deep warm pads, filtered toms, and vocal chops, creating an infectious groove and dancefloor destroyer. Deep and bumping, the track’s instant classic characteristics are complimented by Blatt’s lyrical and vocal excellence. Bringing his signature Chi-Town style, DJ Sneak books fat kicks, swinging highs, and a deep and driving low end all standing up and aggressive in their arrange. One for the heavy hitters, Sneak’s remix packs a punch and makes for one jumping crowd.

Just Be aka Bushwacka chimes in for the final remix paying a little more attention to the original mix. An otherworldly feel to his production, the vibe of Just Be’s mix is one of eerie cosmic relevancy. An infectious builder, the track picks up some serious steam throughout and is sure to have dance floors shifting by the end. With upcoming tours across North America, Fur Coat’s sound continues to be on display at all fine clubbing cities around the world. Fur Coat’s productions win over true music fans and all lovers of fine electronic sounds. Fall’s Away is a prime example of their abilities.
