Adam Port

Someone to love

Adam Port, one of the members of Keinemusik, gives us reference number 13 of this Berlin label. Named Someone to Love, this EP comes with a bonus track on the vinyl format. In reference to the recording career of Adam Port you can say that it is arguably short, but undoubtedly intense. His first releases date back to 2009 and in just a couple of years he has succeeded in publishing on labels such as Get Physical, Moon Harbour, Liebe*Detail, Stil Vor Talent and others.

Returning to the topic at hand, Someone to Love is a matter of classy and playfully executed tech house. It is structured around a cyclic loop and a sporadic series of cut female vocals that give it a special and distinctive touch. Another highlight is the drumsection that shakes the house rhythms that makes up the track. No doubt this is a coherent and well done job that yields a very good feeling to listeners.

With this theme, Adam Port continues to build his reputation in the tech house scene in Europe. This month you can see him working in one of the best clubs in the world: Watergate Berlin. Someone to Love will surely win time on some of the world’s greatest dancefloors.
