Pioneer Dj launch two new drivers for the most demanding DJs. The first one is the multi-effect module Remix-Station 500 and the second, the DDJ-SZ, is a professional 4-channel controller for Serato DJ, representing the ultimate in control.
Pioneer DJ is giving DJs and producers the most easy-to-use multi-effects unit yet, the entry-level RMX-500. The lightweight box of tricks takes some of the best features from the top-flight RMX-1000, but gains a more simplified layout, on-board customization, and ingenious one-handed control of multiple parameters. The RMX-500 puts dedicated buttons for five drum samples, five Audio FX and ten Scene FX at DJ’s fingertips. Then they simply rotate the large Pressure Knobs to manipulate FX depth, and press to control sub-parameters, all in one intuitive movement. Like the club-standard RMX-1000, the entry-level effector can also be used in the studio as a controller for RMX-500 virtual plug-in software (free download).

The ultimate in control comes with the new DDJ-SZ for Serato DJ. This gear is the first Pioneer controller to closely match the CDJ-2000NXS set-up for the most intuitive, physical scratch performances yet. Features include the jog wheels inherited from the CDJ-2000NXS, illuminated digital stickers, large Performance Pads with customizable multi-colored Hot Cue LEDs, and two USB soundcards for ultra-smooth DJ handovers.
