Sylvie‘s journeys would take her across the US and through Europe: University near Detroit, her best friend in Chicago, a stint in SF, summers in France with the family, each moment, each stop on the way was defined by what was playing, who the DJ was and what records she got. Finally, in 2008 Sylvie made the move to Berlin, finding inspiration, collaboration, good vibes and general support amongst her friends and neighbors.
In this German city, she is known for her edgy, yet House-leaning dj sets that happen everywhere from Watergate to Club Der Visionäre. She can also be found regularly at Wilde Renate, where she shares studio space in the upper floors with her fellow nerds-in-crime Aquarius Heaven, Samantha Fox, Qzen and Maayan Nidam.
Her first collaboration with Jerome Sydenham, was the No Shade EP, a result of many months, even years, of idea sharing, filesharing, banters and straight-up hard work in the studio.
