Today we speak about one of the best dates for any lover of culture and music industry and avant garde music. The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) returns for it’s 17th edition in 2012. The most important conference and showcase festival for electronic music will once again take place in the buzzing city of Amsterdam, welcoming over 700 DJs, 3,000 conference delegates and 140,000 festival visitors from over 60 different countries. This year the event adds an extra day, taking the total to five days from 17 – 21 October.
We talked about a renowned mega festival hard to beat. During the day ADE offers a wide selection of interactive workshops, mentoring sessions, technical demonstrations and in-depth round-table discussions, alongside a series of pop-up shops, musical/cross-cultural happenings and unique one-off events across the city. At night the music festival features more than 300 events over five days in 60 venues around the city. We show as an example the Official Aftermovie by Alda Events of the last edition.
